Online Ordering
This is a guide to how our online ordering system works. Please read this in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Ordering
Ordering from BadgeMagnets couldn't be easier. Simply select the products you'd like to buy from the website, enter a quantity in multiples of the minimum order quantity shown, then add to your basket.
When you have finished shopping, proceed to the checkout where you will be asked for your billing information and preferred method of payment. You will need to register before starting the checkout process.
If an item is out of stock, or there is insufficient stock to complete your order, you will be informed during the checkout process. You will be given options to cancel the order, or place a partial order.
Delivery charges will be added to your order at the checkout before you make your payment. Charges are based on weight and delivery location.
Payment
The quickest way to pay for your goods is with a credit or debit card using our secure online payment system. This system is currently being implemented on our site and will be available in a few days time. We accept all major cards and data is only stored and transmitted using 128 bit encryption.
Once payment by credit or debit card has been approved, you will be emailed an Order Confirmation which will complete the ordering process.
Alternatively, you may place your order by selecting the "Pay via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)" option at checkout. On completion you will be sent a invoice for your goods which you may settle by bank transfer. Bank details will be issued with the invoice. Once receipt of payment has been confirmed in our bank we will email you an Order Confirmation and release goods for delivery. When using this option to place your order, goods will be reserved in our warehouse for up to 7 working days. If payment hasn't been received within this time goods may be allocated to other customers and may no longer be available for shipping. If it is not possible to completely fulfil your order in this circumstance, we will contact you to discuss how you would like to proceed.
Shipping
Orders received prior to 2pm (UK time) will usually be despatched the same day. Delivery time will depend on destination; for UK deliveries this will normally be 1 to 2 days, for Western Europe please allow between 2 and 6 working days depending on exact location. For other locations deliveries will normally be made within 7 working days.
Once your goods have shipped, you will be sent a Despatch Confirmation email including a tracking number so that you can trace the progress of your delivery.
Returns
Should you need to return any products to us as described in our Terms and Conditions, please do not send them to our normal address as they will not be able to be accepted. Please contact us for details of where to send any items you would like to return.
